On July 18, Welfull Co.,Ltd. successfully held the 2024 mid-year work meeting to comprehensively review the operating results in the first half of the year and deploy the work priorities in the second half of the year. The meeting was held in the company’s top floor conference room, chaired by Executive General Manager Li Xianwen, and all middle-level and above cadres and sales backbones gathered together.

Zhu Jiabin, the group’s business director, first made a “Breakthrough-2024 Welfull Mid-Year Report on Operations”. Director Zhu pointed out that in the first half of the year, against the background of a partial recovery in global trade, although Welfull faced multiple challenges such as geopolitical conflicts, rising shipping costs, increased accounts receivable and trade barriers, it still relied on flexible response and active innovation, and worked together from top to bottom. The export business has been stable and rising, and the domestic sales business has grown significantly. The multi-channel business layout and diversified development of the group’s export business in the first half of the year were demonstrated through operating data and highlight analysis. He emphasized that it is necessary to seize domestic and foreign opportunities in the second half of the year to further improve the order-taking ability and market expansion efficiency.

General Manager Ren Jie delivered a speech on “Operational Work Priorities in the Second Half of the Year” for this conference. General Manager Ren fully affirmed that under the severe external situation, the company’s various business segments have been self-reliant and strived to create scale. He combined successful experience with the adverse factors of the current main business environment and proposed reasonable and compliant “problem-solving ideas” to deal with them, encouraging everyone to adjust their mentality, strengthen their beliefs, and thus enhance their core competitiveness and advantages. Mr. Ren emphasized that the focus of work in the second half of 2024 still needs to strengthen customer development, take full preparation as a starting point, actively go out, and increase the transaction rate. At the same time, it also requires team managers to empower the team with positive energy, promote positive energy in thought, and find a good methodology in action.
